Iron Infusion Therapy

Iron infusion therapy is prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional and administered by our nurse practitioner. 

You may be recommended an iron infusion IV therapy if you have iron deficiency anemia (low iron), previous gastrointestinal surgeries, or issues with absorbing nutrients.

To get started, the following referral form must be filled out by a licensed healthcare provider. Be sure to provide copies of any recent relevant lab tests and your medication and allergy information.
