Naturopathic doctors use a whole-body and individualistic approach to treating the root cause of disease. Naturopathic doctors may use conventional and functional assessments and testing to determine the treatment that works best for you.

Hi, I’m Rupa!

I believe we all deserve to live a life fulfilled. A meaningful life that you can cherish and continue for years to come. There are a lot of obstacles that can make us physically tired and spiritually drained, one being our health. But I truly believe that simple and effective medicines have the greatest potential to transform our health.

I am interested in getting to know you and what you want out of life. I believe in meeting you on common ground and working together to solve your health problems. I take a minimalistic approach to any health changes because I want to help you make real improvements and take charge of your health. I don’t believe in making you a professional vitamin-taker because health isn’t at the bottom of a bottle.

You can trust that I will ask the tough questions because those are the barriers that keep us from achieving our full potential. It’s only once we ask the hard questions that we achieve healing in our bodies, minds and hearts.

We all want to live healthier and happier lives, so let’s do it!

Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to using modern science and time-tested wisdom based on the philosophy that each person has unique nutritional requirements.

Holistic Nutrition focuses on a comprehensive view of the individual through health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and diet to help find the root cause of the individuals’ health problems. Most importantly, Holistic Nutrition aims to encourage self-responsibility by empowering clients through personalized education and information.

Meet Linda

Linda discovered that food is crucial to health and healing when she was in secondary school and dealing with her own health issues at such a young age. She began to feel better physically and mentally by consuming more nutritious foods, dietary supplements and making small changes to her lifestyle. Her passion and advocacy for nutrition and holistic natural remedies lead her to pursue formal education in the industry. Linda attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and graduated with the designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

Holistic Nutrition focuses on the concept that we are all biochemically unique and takes a whole-body approach to your health. To find the root cause of your health concerns, a holistic nutritionist focuses on your individual nutritional needs, emotional connections, lifestyle habits, individual and family health history.

Naturopathic doctors use a whole-body and individualistic approach to treating the root cause of disease. Naturopathic doctors may use conventional and functional assessments and testing to determine the treatment that works best for you.

Meet Dr. Sidhu, ND

Hi, I’m Navan! Since I was young, I was always amazed by medicine, but I was also equally interested in how natural remedies and food impacts our body, our wellness and how we feel.

I truly believe in a multi-faceted approach to health, a holistic approach where we address all aspects of life and health impacting a person. I love delving into a patient’s health history and life to find the root cause of their concerns.

For that reason, I love focusing on mental health and stress management in my practice.

So many of us are overworked, overstressed and burnt out. We are going through the motions, we’re exhausted and life begins feels so mundane. Life doesn’t have to be like that. We have to learn how to take care of ourselves better, and take care of ALL parts of us – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, as they are all interconnected.

Along with this I also focus on anxiety, burnout, fatigue, heart health, blood sugar control, weight loss and digestive health in my practice.

I strive to make individualized treatment plans for you that actually work (and that you will stick to), using a combination of nutrition, naturopathic counselling, lifestyle work, botanical medicine, supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture and/or additional lab or functional testing as needed.

My mission is to have you feeling better in ALL aspects of your life. To give you agency over your health and life, to educate, and increase one’s awareness of self, so your health starts to make sense again.

If you want to address all aspects of your health and learn to feel better, book a free consult with me!

Naturopathic doctors use a whole-body and individualistic approach to treating the root cause of disease. Naturopathic doctors may use conventional and functional assessments and testing to determine the treatment that works best for you.

Meet Dr. Mastrodicasa, ND

Hi!

My name is Angelica and my approach to care is very evidence-based, simple, and realistic. By the time you found this page you’ve may have already Googled your symptoms, bought an array of products, or perhaps watched a TikTok about how to treat yourself.

You may think that in order to get better you need to give up the things you love or resort to taking things you don’t want to take. I’ve been there and I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t need to be that way.

I understand how hard it is when you aren’t seeing results no matter what you try or how much you spend. You may feel like you have reached a dead end but I’m here to offer you options and solutions that address the root cause of your concern.

My area of focus is in skin health and I look to treat the underlying cause by addressing your digestion, stress levels, hormones, and lifestyle habits. I also work with female reproductive health and areas of mental health, including PCOS, painful periods, hair loss, anxiety, and low mood by combining conventional therapies with natural treatments.

Nothing in life comes easy- your health included. But, that doesn’t mean there aren’t people out there who can help make the process easier. I may not have a magical wand to make all of your problems go away but I do have the knowledge and skills to help get you there.

I believe that at the heart of medicine there is no ego or titles, just humans wanting to help other human beings get better. My goal as a naturopath is to make you feel heard and
validated through our work together. To help you overcome obstacles and to reach a place in life where you feel happy, healthy, and healed.
